This new rectory houses living space on the second floor with meeting and gathering spaces on the main floor.
Challenges for this project were the permitting and code upgrades for the building, as it is almost connected to the next door church and the spatial separation needs to be very close. Careful attention to the building code and detailing of separations make sthis project a success.
The completed project will add much needed additional space and services to this downtown Church.
