The Morinville Project is three buildings , 48 units in total, of one, two, and three bedroom apartments and townhouses. It was designed to be a full Net Zero complex, and despite many cost savings to match the economic landscape this complex does meet this objective. Two of the three buildings have been constructed with plans to complete the complex in the near future. The units are broken into three buildings in order to provide varied living arrangements for different clients, and to give the occupants a sense of community.
